If you right click the game in your library and go to properties, under general theres a button called "Set Launch Options" click on that and type in "-resolution xxxx xxxx" without the quotations, and replace the xs with your resolution of choice. Started playing this game again since they updated it to support windows Resolution won't change from x And yes i have tried loading up an instant action to test it.
